If you're not happy with FirmEFlow within the first 30 days of a paid plan, email support@firmeflow.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 30 days
- Monthly plans:cancel any time. You won't be charged for the next cycle; no pro-rata refund for the remaining days of the current cycle.
- Annual plans: cancel any time. We refund unused months on a pro-rata basis after deducting any introductory discount and applicable payment gateway charges.
- Enterprise plans: as per the specific terms in your Order Form / Master Services Agreement.
How to request a refund
- Email support@firmeflow.com from the email address you used to sign up.
- Include your firm name and the payment date.
- We process refunds within 7 business days through the original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically appear in 3–5 banking days.
Non-refundable items
- One-time setup or migration fees, if separately quoted and acknowledged.
- Customisation or professional services already delivered.
- Third-party services purchased through FirmEFlow (e.g., e-stamping, third-party data feeds).
